Storage and transport

The packed meat is stacked on pallets. Fresh meat is stored at a temperature of 0°C. Deep-frozen products are first frozen in the quick freezer at a temperature up to -35°C to ensure that the meat reaches a core temperature of -18°C. The quick freezer has a daily capacity of 200 tons. After the quick freezer the boxes are scanned and placed in the cold store.
