Each parcel of meat entering our system receives a unique identification number, that is verified at each production phase. Our Locks tracking system can trace all our finished products from the supplier back to the original pig farm. Food safety and hygiene are critical when processing meat. All of this is observed by our own Quality Service team and periodically supervised by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain. Locks performs continuous chemical and bacteriological controls to assure the meat quality from each production process. We have had the BRC-certificate since 2003.
